Consumers and workers in Kanawha Region had no way to avoid it once the street leading in to the Elkview Crossings Plaza collapsed during Thursdays thunderstorm.The plaza, simply off Interstate 79 South, was under-water Friday evening because of serious flooding and high-water amounts in the Small Sandy Creek.Everybody thats within the plaza cant get free from the plaza.
