(WSAZ) -- A temporary highway constructed in the Elkview Crossings Plaza has permitted over 500 individuals who have been caught by floodwaters a means out, our team in the picture says.Those over 500 people have been stuck in the Elkview Crossings Plaza since Friday morning once the link linking the plaza towards the street flattened during serious flooding.They have been stuck for over 24 hours.
