5. Grateful

* Take time to be grateful for the things you have and the
weight you have already lost. Taking time to feel grateful
will make you feel better about yourself which is important
when you are trying to lose weight.

As you can see most of these elements deal with a lifestyle
change. You need to change certain aspects of your life to
achieve your long term weight loss goals. If you are willing
